Morrill 305

Morrill 305, along with Morrill 303, is a "Film Room." It features sloped floors, blackout shades, and a large projector screen.

305 has DVD, VHS, and LaserDisc technology that connects to the overhead projector system. All the equipment is controlled with remote controls that are conveniently labeled.

In addition, 305 also has a cart with a television, VCR, and DVD player which remains in the classroom.

There are detailed instructions on how to operate the equipment inside the room.

305 currently does not have the technology to hook-up a laptop into the system, although the room is scheduled to be fitted with both that technology and a touch screen control.

If you are interested in showing a video, the english department has an extensive film library. Browse the films and request to check them out at the Online Film Catalog. These films are limited to members of the English Department.

Users of the room are reminded to turn off all equipment and the projector and lock the door when they are finished using the room. The key can be picked up from Morrill 205 if you have reserved the room.
