Areas of Interest & Expertise
- Visual Rhetoric
- Writing Across the Curriculum
- Learning Communities
- My research interests center on pedagogy and the various rhetoric of instruction. The effect both of these have on learning, culture, and student engagement within the classroom is fascinating to me. Creative writing, specifically the area of poetry is also an area I enjoy learning more about. My personal hobbies that have translated into research interests range from languages and travel, to the use of music within instructional sessions.
