Current Research & Projects
My primary research focus is the application of discourse analysis and cognitive linguistic theory to the analysis of constructions and metaphorical expressions in everyday discourse.
A secondary interest is the use of cognitive discourse analysis as the basis for the development of authentic language teaching and testing materials.
